Il Borro,
a terroir of choice

85 hectares of organic vineyards

Il Borro vineyards grow along the hills of Val d’Arno, at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain. These 85 hectares and the different varieties that are cultivated there exalt and reflect the value and quality obtained in the mild climate.

Strong territorial identity

The wines that are produced have a strong territorial identity; this in fact is the central theme of the agricultural estate and the new mission of Il Borro vineyards. Native vines such as Sangiovese as well vines which have now become a part the of “Tuscan tradition” such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah today coexist and well adapt to the variability of the soils.
